The problem

Two campaigns, same need: the Voice of Customer program and the Global Report 2025 both had to cut through a sea of look-alike marketing — and neither could afford to dilute the Amadeus brand in the process. The challenge wasn’t producing more content; it was producing campaigns that felt distinct and alive while staying unmistakably Amadeus.

The goal

My translation: deep brand understanding first, expression second. Build each campaign as its own moment — VoC as a human conversation with the customer, the Report as a company in constant motion — yet anchor both so tightly to the master brand that no one ever questions whose campaign it is. Distinctive, never disconnected.

How I got there — skills applied

Brand consistency at scale

The through-line across both programs: a single, deeply understood brand system applied with discipline across geographies and formats. Campaigns stand apart from generic marketing because the brand logic underneath them is precise, not improvised.

Campaign & visual systems

VoC became feedback as conversation — real human voices surfaced as the hero. The Report became editorial energy — a dynamic grid and motion-led layouts that read as momentum, not obligation. Different expressions, same DNA.

Creative without compromise

The hard part most teams get wrong: holding the line on brand while still letting the work feel fresh. These campaigns delivered strong, ownable visuals and stayed 100% on-brand — consistency used as the creative advantage, not the constraint.

The success

Two campaigns that earned their own voice and never lost the mothership — proof that a brand, deeply understood, can be expressed boldly again and again without compromise. The VoC work moved customer voice from metric to movement; the Report read as a statement of momentum. Both, unmistakably Amadeus.
