A system, not just a logo.
Brand architecture for a furniture and interior design company that had outgrown its own brand: one structure for every product, office and message, built to keep up with the business.

Outgrown, not broken.
C&R had grown. New business units, departments and activities had outpaced a brand structure built for a smaller company, and it was struggling to keep up.
Its products and services needed one cohesive brand to organise them and tell a compelling story. Not a logo stamped on everything: that misconception only creates more problems.
Architecture, not decoration.
The answer was brand architecture: a structured way to apply C&R's DNA to everything that contributes to the business. Products, people, offices, even the way the team writes emails.
It lets the brand grow with the business while keeping, and lifting, its equity, positioning and look and feel.
The images on this page are work-in-progress and concept visuals, shared to show the process — not the final or live results.
Built to keep pace.
I re-engineered C&R's brand structure to meet needs that didn't exist before, and to anticipate the ones that will.
The outcome is a working tool for internal teams: a clear way to launch new product lines or step into new business models without losing the brand. As the company grows, the structure makes the brand stronger.
