FEATURED PROJECTS
As the business grows, some of the initially well-designed mechanics reveals their elusive limitations.

This is a natural cycle in the evolution and development of a company's brand. With the addition of more business units, departments, and activities, our current structure is struggling to keep up with these changes. It's imperative that we address this issue to ensure the company remains competitive.

It's apparent that our products and services need a cohesive brand to help organize and ultimately deliver a compelling story and experience to our customers. There is often a misconception that the function of a brand is merely to place a logo on products. This is a classic mistake that leads to further problems. It's important to state first and foremost that the function of a brand is to create a consistent and harmonious interaction between the business, its employees, and its customers.
This is where Brand Architecture comes into play. It helps us systematically apply our company's DNA to every entity contributing to the business's success—whether it's products, people, offices, or even the way we communicate with each other and write emails.
Simply put, Brand Architecture is a structured approach that allows the brand to grow in response to business needs while maintaining or uplifting its equity, positioning, and overall look-and-feel.

Our Journey

What we are fundamentally doing here is preparing C&R's brand to accommodate current needs that did not previously exist, as well as to anticipate future needs. A well-structured brand allows us to keep pace with commercial and other requirements.

Our goal is to reengineer the brand structure to facilitate and drive business growth by allowing the brand to adapt to changes. The outcome of this project will be a modern tool for internal stakeholders, enabling them to proceed with business activities such as launching new product lines or venturing into new business models.
As the company grows, brand are strengthened thanks to a structure this project puts in place. We believe that the tool will not only facilitate the process but also inspire the business scalability.
